WELCOME TO THE WARWICK APPRENTICING CHARITIES' WEBSITE

The Charity is based on apprenticing charities set up in the 17th. and 18th centuries.  Recently it has been supported by The King Henry VIII Endowed Trust, Warwick and The Warwick Relief in Need Charity.  It pursues its original aims by making grants to students undertaking apprenticeships, attending university, or undertaking any other form of training designed to help in the futherance of their careers.  Help is given to assist in the payment of fees, provision of books, equipment and materials, special clothing and travelling expenses etc.

Applicants must live within the bounds of the town of Warwick, have left school, and be under 25 years of age.  The one exception to the above is that Warwick residents still at school may apply for assistance in attending Outward Bound Courses in the 16/18 year group. Applicants apply on the form provided, and are called to interview by two or more trustees.   Forms may be obtained by clicking "Application Forms" to the left, or from:
